Rede Gourmet is seeking a dedicated professional with experience in F\&B and team leadership to serve as **Breakfast and Events Coordinator** at our **Santafé** unit. If you are passionate about hospitality, attentive to details, and focused on quality, join our team! **Working Hours: 5:40 AM to 2:00 PM** **Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate breakfast operations, ensuring excellence in guest service. * Supervise the team during buffet setup, replenishment, and cleanup activities. * Supervise events, coffee breaks, lunches, and room service orders. * Lead people management, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. * Monitor Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and operational revenue. * Place requisitions for supplies and utensils, ensuring efficient organization and restocking. * Verify the quality of products used. * Support planning and execution of internal and external hotel events. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in food and beverage, especially in hospitality. * Skills in team and operational process management. * Availability to work morning shifts. * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (employer covers 50% of monthly premium for employee; co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental insurance (no cost to employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (no cost to employee); * Meals provided at work; * Pharmacy allowance. **Compensation:** * Salary between R$ 2\.520,00 * Average commission: R$1\.580,00 Potential for additional earnings Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: Starting from R$2\.520,00 per month
