Focus on hygiene and organization of the workstation #### **About the Position:** Perform operational tasks inherent to your area of responsibility, including replenishment, picking, restocking, pricing, and cleaning of merchandise on the shelves in your assigned area to maintain customer satisfaction. * #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for replenishment, organization, restocking, pricing, and cleaning of merchandise displayed on shelves; * Perform weighing and price identification tasks as requested by customers; * Daily verification of merchandise on shelves using the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) principle and quality standards, replacing items as needed; * Assist in ensuring quality and fresh products are available in the display area, following company procedures and standards; * Whenever requested by a customer regarding product location, accompany the customer to the item; * Responsible for hygiene and organization at the workstation, including cleaning machines and equipment used, collecting and placing waste and residues into appropriate containers to comply with safety and environmental standards according to predefined criteria; #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Ability to understand and follow instructions; * Reading comprehension. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):** * Proactivity; * Learning ability; * Organization; Adherence to company values: Respect, Results, Speed, and Heart First. * #### **Benefits:** * PRIME subscription (free) * Credit card – Nosso Pay * SESC membership * Life insurance * Attendance incentive program * Tamo Junto (basic food basket raffle) * Discount on all store products * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Pharmacy benefits * University partnership programs #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * 44 weekly hours (06 x 01 rotating schedule)
