**RESPONSIBILITIES:** \+ Operate laser cladding (metal deposition) equipment. \+ Ensure process quality and safety during execution. \+ Collaborate with technical programmers. \+ Maintain organization, attention to detail, and propose continuous process improvements. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation. Minimum 5 years of experience in the field, preferably in metal deposition or laser cladding processes. Knowledge of CNC machine operation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of metrology (measuring instruments). Experience in an industrial environment, with focus on operations and safety. Familiarity with metal deposition processes (hot air, laser directed onto parts) is desirable.
