Job Summary: Perform operational tasks related to sorting, organizing, packaging, and dispatching fresh produce, maintaining a clean work environment and equipment while adhering to established procedures and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the environment and equipment clean and organized. 2. Collaborate with professionals and support shifts and units. 3. Follow established procedures and standards, using PPE. Carry out operational tasks associated with the sorting, organizing, packaging, and dispatching of goods for fresh produce logistics, ensuring efficient product delivery to customers. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment to optimize process efficiency. * Verify the availability of required supplies and products, reporting any discrepancies to the Operations Controller. * Supply the production line with materials and products received from suppliers. * Receive and/or sort and organize fruits according to size and quality specifications. * Prepare and load packages, moving\-them to predetermined areas. * Assist in operating machinery involved in the process. * Notify the supervisor of any issues regarding fruit quality. * Support warehouse organization as needed. * Follow established procedures and standards, complying with internal technical guidelines. * Use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure health and safety in the workplace. * Collaborate with other professionals involved in the process and provide support during shifts and across Água de Coco Group units whenever necessary. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of handling and organizing fruits and fresh produce. * Understanding of workplace hygiene and cleaning practices. * Knowledge of proper PPE usage and safety regulations in the warehouse. * Ability to identify non-conforming items (damaged or unsuitable fruits). * Basic understanding of materials such as bags, stretch wrap (plastic packaging), labels, etc. * Awareness of safe loading and unloading practices. **Location:** São Sebastião Neighborhood/Contagem * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 12:00\-20:20 Saturday: Day off Sunday: 7:00 \- 15:20 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Dental Plan * Health Plan * Day Off * Life Insurance * Production Bonus: BRL 300.00 to BRL 700.00 per month.
