Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation / Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering; * Experience in maintenance for industrial flexographic production processes; * Knowledge of reliability tools and methods; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology and tools; * Experience in asset and cost management; * Solid experience in maintenance management; * Experience in people management and team leadership. The following will be considered as advantages: * Experience in flexographic printer maintenance; * Knowledge of SAP PM module; * Prior experience as PCM (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance coordinator); * Coordinate technical management, ensuring that corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities are planned and executed with appropriate quality, timelines, costs, and safety; * Request, monitor, or coordinate improvement projects; * Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators under your responsibility to ensure results meet established targets; * Manage information within your area by creating and ensuring the availability and proper use of computerized systems, standards, procedures, guidelines, technical documents, etc.; * Manage costs, contracts, personnel, inventory, and safety within your area of responsibility. 251213020220619083
