A construction helper, also known as a construction laborer, performs simple manual tasks to assist in civil construction. * Load, unload, and transport materials * Prepare construction sites * Clean work areas * Excavate trenches and pits * Cut grooves in floors and walls * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials * Prepare and transport tools, equipment, or any components * Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of work sites * Assist masons, carpenters, and heavy equipment operators * Perform minor equipment maintenance Skills: Dynamism, Team spirit, Communication skills, Initiative, Attention. Requirements: Literacy; willingness and energy to work; ability to work in a team; strong communication skills; initiative to act independently in certain situations.
