Responsibilities and Duties * Perform maintenance on industrial automation equipment. * Configure and program PLCs. * Identify and resolve faults in automated systems. * Assist in developing automation projects. * Ensure proper operation of automated systems. * Collaborate with the automation engineering team. Requirements and Qualifications Knowledge of ABB IRC5 robots, KUKA robots, Siemens Step7 PLCs (basic to advanced), Rockwell PLCs (families 5000, 1500, and 500), Profibus DP, Profinet, ASI, DeviceNet, RIO, and Ethernet protocols; motor power ratings, asynchronous and synchronous motors, electrical control systems, three-phase motor connections, sensor and transmitter wiring, PLC programming, electrical measurements, interpretation of diagrams, electrical control systems, sizing of electrical components, electrical circuits; industrial instrumentation, installation and calibration of process control valves and their positioners, and panel assembly. 2512270202491355096
