An environment that values people, ideas, and solutions **Description:** ---------------- SUPPORT ANALYST \- TRAINEE **If you want to be part of an environment where people, ideas, and solutions converge, join our team and contribute your talent!** **Responsibilities:** * Handle customer inquiries via phone, GLPI, and Omnichannel; * Provide initial VoIP telephony support (Asterisk); * Perform basic checks on Linux servers (RHEL 7 and 9\); * Log and track support tickets, ensuring proper escalation when required. * Escalate complex incidents and problems to higher support levels. * Monitor the entire lifecycle of support tickets until resolution. * Support the team in continuously improving service quality and documenting procedures. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields, completed or currently pursuing * Basic knowledge of VoIP and Linux; * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers; * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in technical support; Basic understanding of networking (IP, ping, traceroute).
