




Contagem Hybrid Temporary 14180 Description **Context**: Need to implement an integrated CSC for VINCI Highways in Brazil, facing the challenge of carving out existing operations, unifying back-office processes, and supporting growth through new highway concessions. The focus is on creating efficiency, automation, and value by connecting people, processes, and technology in a transitional environment marked by pressure and collaboration. **Responsibilities**: * Design and execute centralized back-office processes, including finance, HR, IT, and procurement. * Implement and manage system integration projects, with emphasis on TOTVS ERP and automation. * Lead change management, training and enabling leaders and teams through training sessions and workshops. * Negotiate with area managers and external consulting firms. * Develop project schedules, monitoring performance indicators and continuous improvement. * Develop agile and sustainable practices. **Profile**: * Experience implementing ERP systems (TOTVS preferred) and back-office processes. * Experience managing change and projects with schedules in CSC environments. * Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively. * Availability to be based in BH (4 days onsite) and travel. * Focus on technology, automation, and continuous process improvement. * Integrative, agile profile with strong interpersonal skills. **Mandatory:** Experience in integration processes and projects; geographical availability. **Desirable:** Intermediate English; background in concessions or infrastructure.
