Job Description: Job Mission: As a Junior Buyer, your mission is to develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient acquisition of materials, products, and services, securing optimal commercial conditions. You will collect requisitions, issue purchase orders, request quotations, record negotiated prices, and conduct technical analyses such as ABC analysis and scheduling. You will also monitor inventories, control stock levels, and perform other procurement-related activities. Job Responsibilities: * Work in the supply department—either generally or with specialization—in procurement, internal and external logistics, production scheduling, and materials planning. * Request quotations, evaluate proposals, and negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery time, and quality). * Conduct analyses such as ABC analysis and scheduling, and prepare and analyze competitive benchmarking reports. * Track order status, payment processes, and returns of non-conforming goods. * Monitor expiration dates of contracts, letters, and licenses with suppliers. * Ensure timely supply of materials, equipment, services, and inputs requested by internal departments. * Identify purchasing opportunities and conduct supplier visits when necessary. * Assess supplier quality, reliability, financial health, and legal standing, and carry out periodic performance evaluations. * Source suppliers aligned with ESG policies whenever possible. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships. * Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business demands and market trends. Requirements: * Experience (in field): Prior experience in contract management, spot procurement, and supply chain is desirable. * Academic Qualification: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP ERP systems is desirable.
