Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Leading and developing engineering teams focused on payment device ecosystems and smart terminals (Smart POS / POS). * Executing the technical roadmap jointly with product and business teams to enhance the charging experience. * Ensuring stability, resilience, and observability of embedded solutions deployed on field devices. * Managing production incidents and performing end-to-end debugging of complex technical issues. * Coordinating solution validations with hardware and firmware vendors, overseeing certification processes and production deployment. **What we’re looking for:** * Proven experience leading development teams in production environments, with strong technical expertise in Android. * Technical knowledge of payment methods, acquiring, transactional terminals, and device lifecycle management. * Proficiency in software-hardware integration, network connectivity, and technical certification processes. * Demonstrated hands-on experience debugging production issues, observability, metrics, and performance analysis. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s tech landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
