Opportunity in a dynamic environment focused on data and strategic vision Position: Pricing Analyst (Mid-Level) We are looking for a **Mid-Level Pricing Analyst** to strategically build and analyze financial models, support business decisions, and ensure result sustainability. **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Education Requirement:** Completed Bachelor's Degree Main Responsibilities * Develop and review **pricing models for operations**, considering costs, statutory charges, infrastructure, and margin * Monitor **Income Statements by operation**, analyzing variances and improvement opportunities * Participate in the development of **Budget and Forecast**, evaluating actual vs. budgeted performance * Conduct analysis of **headcount and labor costs**, including impacts of absenteeism and turnover * Support the commercial team with **simulations, scenarios, and contract feasibility analyses** * Develop and present **management reports** with insights into results and trends * Identify and implement **improvements in financial processes and models** Technical Requirements (Essential) * **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling) * Experience with **managerial Income Statements** and results analysis (margin and EBITDA) * Experience in **Budget and Forecast**, including variance analysis * Knowledge of **CLT labor costs and statutory charges** * Proficiency in **contact center operational metrics** (ASA, AHT, absenteeism, attrition, occupancy, productivity) * Experience in preparing **management reports and executive presentations** If you enjoy working with data, possess strategic vision, and want to thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
