Manage Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management A medium-to-large-sized company seeks a professional to manage Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management, with emphasis on prevention, legal compliance, and continuous process improvement. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and guide occupational safety activities * Identify risks, investigate accidents, and propose preventive actions * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Conduct inspections of workplaces, equipment, and facilities * Prepare technical reports and area performance indicators * Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions * Manage PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) * Monitor mandatory programs (PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT) * Handle eSocial (SST-related events) * Support occupational health management * Implement and monitor CIPA and SIPAT * Coordinate fire brigades * Participate in audits, expert assessments, and inspections * Manage environmental suppliers and contracts * Monitor environmental compliance and propose improvements **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical course in Occupational Safety with active registration Minimum 5 years of experience in the role Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) Familiarity with eSocial and labor legislation Intermediate Excel proficiency Willingness to travel Residence in Uberlândia/MG Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Experience with NR-1 Experience in digital transformation of processes **NOTES:** CLT employment regime Market-competitive benefits package Strategic involvement with autonomy Results-oriented and continuously improving environment Detailed company information will be shared during the selection process.
