Committed to global performance, VINCI Energies dedicates itself to caring for the planet, being useful to people, and contributing to local communities. **Join us! \#VemSerVINCIEnergies \#VenhaTrabalharConosco** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We are seeking an experienced professional to work as a Senior Lawyer!** Provide low-complexity legal advisory services to the Business Unit; analyze and draft contracts and amendments with suppliers and service providers; prepare defenses and judicial or administrative appeals related to client contracts; issue legal opinions and support low-complexity decision-making involving legal aspects of the Business Unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** A generalist professional to work in the Functional Unit’s areas of contracts, compliance, litigation, and corporate law, reporting directly to the General Counsel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Legal support on contractual matters, especially with suppliers and service providers (contract analysis and review, amendments, termination agreements, drafting notices and other documents, etc.); * Legal support on compliance matters (third-party assessments / background checks); * Legal support on corporate matters (powers of attorney, shareholder meeting minutes, corporate bylaw amendments, etc.); * Legal support in litigation management (civil, arbitration, and occasionally labor-related). **Additional Information** **Technical Competencies:** Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). At least 2 years’ experience in contracts, compliance, corporate law, and general litigation.
