Description Responsible for inspecting and mapping incidents within the construction site, acting quickly and effectively to mitigate risks and propose solutions aimed at improving workplace safety, as well as managing relevant OHS documentation. **Detailed description:** * Inspect the construction site, identifying existing risks in order to propose and implement, together with site managers, improvements and adjustments, while promoting and raising awareness among workers regarding workplace safety. * Conduct safety inspections on site and guide teams on Occupational Safety regulations. * Issue CAT (Work Accident Communication), analyze accidents, and prepare related reports and indicators. * Perform assessments of physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks. * Implement and monitor Environmental Risk Prevention Programs (PPRA). * Develop and implement preventive measures for fire suppression and accident prevention. * Request the purchase of PPE, as well as manage inventory control and distribution to employees. * Implement and support CIPA management. * Implement and monitor execution of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) programs, control and schedule medical exams for issuing ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates). * Monitor and manage OHS documentation for third-party company employees. * Study, propose, and implement risk signage throughout the construction site. * Conduct periodic DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) meetings. * Train construction teams on NR18, providing training and awareness on the subject.
