Job Summary:
Coordinate field teams in distribution networks, plan work fronts, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate electricians and technicians performing live-line and dead-line activities;
* Plan daily work fronts and distribute Service Orders (SO);
* Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and utility technical standards;
* Monitor execution, quality, and SLA indicators;
* Track physical and financial contract targets;
* Validate measurements of completed services and control scope and addenda;
* Serve as the technical interface with clients for operational alignment;
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a Zero-Accident culture;
* Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), internal audits, and field inspections;
* Control material consumption, labor hours, and operational costs;
* Coordinate section releases, switching operations, and scheduled outages.
* **Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Diploma in Electrotechnology with active CFT certification;
* Solid experience coordinating field teams in distribution networks and lines;
* Proven experience in contract management and measurement;
* Knowledge of productivity control, operational KPIs, and contractual performance;
* Familiarity with NR-10 (Basic and SEP), NR-12, and NR-35 regulations;
* Driver's license category B;
* Willingness to work on-site.
* Preferred Qualifications: ERP Mega knowledge (procurement, billing, or operational modules); Experience with GPM System (work order control, time tracking, and asset management); Experience with power utility concessionaire contracts.
