### **About the Role**
The Tender Analyst will be responsible for managing and organizing the company's entire tender process, from opportunity identification to final award. This is a strategic role requiring focus, organization, strict deadline adherence, and mastery of procedures and legal documentation.
### **Responsibilities**
* Research and identify tenders compatible with the company's profile
* Submit opportunities for validation by the responsible leadership
* Analyze tender notices and organize all required documentation for participation
* Control, update, and monitor mandatory documents (SICAF, certificates, etc.)
* Support technical assessment and pricing of proposals jointly with leadership
* Prepare supporting spreadsheets for bid tracking during sessions
* Participate in tenders on designated portals and monitor processes until award
* Provide and upload post-tender documentation into required systems
* Support the commercial department in drafting and editing commercial proposals, when necessary
### **Requirements**
* Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree is considered a plus)
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigorous deadline management
* Proficiency in Excel
* Ability to handle documents, systems, and procedures efficiently
* Availability for in-person work during business hours
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience with tender processes
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting tender notices
* Familiarity with tender portals and SICAF management

Work schedule: Monday to Friday
08:00–18:00, with 1h30 lunch break on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 1h10 lunch break for the remainder of the week
Salary: R$ 2.500
