




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; NR-10 - SAFETY IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICES; CNH B * At least 6 months of experience in the role is desirable. * Knowledge of ADSL, LA, DTH technology and installation and maintenance processes; Technical course in electrical engineering. * Advanced Office suite skills; NR-6 - PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - PPE; NR-7 - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MEDICAL CONTROL PROGRAM; NR-18 - WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY; NR-35 - WORK AT HEIGHTS; NR-12 - MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT SAFETY. * Manage the team’s personnel, monitoring activities, aligning expectations, providing feedback, conducting training, approving and adjusting time records, evaluating performance, and carrying out other activities to ensure team development and achievement of organizational goals; * Supervise activities performed by team(s), monitoring regional performance indicators; * Train and update supervisors and technicians on Telemont’s work procedures; * Receive and monitor service and maintenance schedules, ensuring defined targets are met; * Monitor and intervene in areas negatively impacting performance indicators, creating retraining programs for team(s); * Conduct internal meetings in an organized and objective manner, focused on results; * Prepare requests for hiring, equipment, and materials to meet team demands; * Control work shifts and ensure coverage of forecasted demand, making necessary adjustments; * Report results to coordination and management; * Comply with all SSMA policies, procedures, standards, manuals, and regulations, promoting and supporting continuous improvement of the Management System; * Restore basic and advanced microcomputer configurations; * Perform router and modem configurations; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; * Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. 2511230202461825815
