You will work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology, applying engineering best practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning—all aimed at democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Taking ownership of assigned tasks, managing the entire development lifecycle from analysis through production deployment; * Supporting operations/applications by resolving bugs and ensuring continuous functionality; * Identifying and proposing improvements and new solutions for processes and applications, challenging existing standards; * Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues; * Performing on-call duties, supporting applications according to the scheduled rotation; * Collaborating with teams across multiple countries (Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, among others). **What we’re looking for in you?** * Solid backend application development experience with distributed architecture, using languages such as Go, Java, C\#, C, or C\+\+. * Critical thinking to build applications that are easy to maintain and scale. * Strong database knowledge. * Ability to analyze complex issues during application support. * Experience in monitoring and observability is considered a plus. * Experience in AI\-driven development for code generation and evolution. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
