Description: Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Professional with solid experience in electrical and industrial utilities maintenance, preferably in mining, metallurgy, and/or steel plants. * Proficiency in ERP SAP PM, Power BI, MS Office, Minitab, and maintenance management tools. * Knowledge of standards and legal requirements such as NRs (NR10, NR13, etc.), ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 55001, and NBR 5410, 5419, 14039. * Knowledge in risk management and analysis tools. * Previous experience as a maintenance engineer, focusing on failure analysis, maintenance processes, plan optimization, energy efficiency, and asset management. Desired Qualifications * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering or reliability will be considered an advantage. * Knowledge of methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, FMECA, RCA, FTA, 5W2H, statistical analyses, and predictive techniques. * Experience in continuous improvement and reliability projects.
