Lead the Innovation Cell for AGA CB, LM, and QZ Operations * Conduct Operational Research studies in operations to solve complex problems and optimize decision-making for operational management * Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations by implementing management systems that guarantee quality, safety, and sustainability in production processes * Provide technical follow-up and methodological guidance to leaders of Full Asset Potential projects at Cuiabá, Lamego, and Queiroz operations.
