We seek someone who deeply understands the context of each Independent Verification project, translates regulatory and business needs into structured requirements, and supports the development of data solutions, dashboards, and automations. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the focal point between internal departments, business specialists, concessionaires, and the technical team. * Interpret regulatory documents, SMDs, business rules, indicators, and variables. * Elicit, detail, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD). * Map internal and external data sources, understanding granularity, frequency, and data generation logic. * Support data engineers in mapping ingestion, validation, and data quality requirements. * Detail and structure field data collection forms with a user experience–oriented perspective. * Monitor technical implementations (ETLs, data models, dashboards) to ensure alignment with requirements. * Conduct validations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and approvals. * Maintain up-to-date documentation aligned with the project lifecycle. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Database Management, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Requirements Analyst, Technology Business Partner, Process Analyst, or similar role. * Ability to interpret technical documents, indicators, rules, and numeric variables. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language. * Familiarity with SQL for reading and interpreting data. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, function combinations). * Basic understanding of data architecture (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, governance, versioning). * Knowledge of Power BI and fundamentals of indicator modeling. * Experience in data analysis, performance indicators, audits, or regulated environments. * Basic UX knowledge for designing field data collection forms. * Prior experience working with data engineering teams or data products. **Soft Skills** * Investigative and structured thinking. * Clear communication, teaching ability, and capacity to simplify complexity. * Organization, autonomy, and ownership. * Delivery-oriented mindset, prioritization, and quality focus. * Ease of navigating between technical and non-technical domains. **Differentiators** * Experience with concessions, PPPs, public agencies, or regulatory bodies. * Experience in analyses involving data traceability and governance. * Prior knowledge of SMD, tariff indicators, or contractual performance metrics. **Key Deliverables** * Complete, versioned BRDs and FRDs. * Data source mapping and variable dictionaries. * Detailed and validated business rules. * Structured forms and usability support. * Validation/approval evidence and documentation.
