What You Will Do You will join our People \& Management team, supporting core HR Department routines and contributing to a positive journey for every employee. Your main responsibilities will include: New employee onboarding: organize and conduct the onboarding process jointly with Safety, Nursing, Quality, and Operations departments. Benefits management: handle enrollments, cancellations, system entries, and card requests. Record updates: keep employee files, registration data, and professional ID cards up to date. Registration qualification: verify and update candidate and employee information. Labor documentation: organize documents for labor litigation proceedings, when required. Birthday management: print and distribute monthly birthday lists, reinforcing internal recognition. Vacation scheduling: monitor timelines and deadlines.
