Job Summary:
Work within technology squads, contributing to priority definition, backlog organization, and delivery execution, aligning with product strategy and supporting leadership.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Work daily within one of the technology squads, contributing to priority definition, backlog organization, and delivery execution, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
* Support squad leadership in the product context, acting as a reference point for demand organization, prioritization, and alignment among team members.
* Map user, stakeholder, and operational needs, structuring problems and transforming insights into hypotheses, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
* Actively participate in discovery, leading or supporting research, benchmarking, and usability testing, contributing to evidence-based decisions.
* Participate in backlog refinement, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition, ensuring clarity and quality of deliveries.
* Monitor product metrics and squad KPIs, analyzing results and suggesting data-driven initiatives for continuous evolution.
* Facilitate communication among business, technology, and design teams, ensuring clarity and alignment in product evolution.
* Partner with the PM Lead to execute the product strategy and mature the culture of discovery and continuous delivery.
**REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Design, or related fields.
* Prior experience with digital products, technology, or related roles (e.g., business analysis, UX research, operations, projects, or data).
* Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, with organizational skills and autonomy to manage day-to-day activities.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban), including participation in ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective.
* Familiarity with product metrics, performance indicators, and analytics tools.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Postgraduate degree or certifications in Product Management, agile methodologies, UX, Analytics, or related areas.
* Prior experience at technology companies or with digital products serving larger user volumes (scale).
* Practical familiarity with product and data tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, GA4, Looker, or similar.
* Hands-on experience with structured discovery processes, including hypothesis formulation and validation, user interviews, and solution testing.
* Experience using data analysis for decision-making (e.g., tracking metrics, building dashboards, or conducting exploratory analyses).
* Exposure to experimentation-oriented environments (A/B testing, MVPs, usability testing, etc.).
