Conducting in-person and online sales **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers with friendliness and attention, delivering the best possible experience; * Assist in product selection, explaining features, promotions, and payment terms; * Conduct in-person sales and sales via social media or WhatsApp; * Process orders and monitor deliveries when necessary; * Keep the store clean and organized; * Support the team with other daily tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office); * Familiarity with social media; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and ease in public-facing roles; * Organization and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior sales experience (in-person or online); * Interest in technology, gaming, and geek culture; * Familiarity with sales targets and human-centered customer service.
