Job Summary: Data analyst focused on transcription, verification of working hours, operationalization, and verification of labor-related information, requiring proficiency in Excel. Preferred: Course in Labor Calculations or Basic PJE-CALC * **Data Transcription:** Typing and converting data from physical or PDF time cards into Excel and/or PJE\-CALC. * **Working Hours Verification:** Analysis of entry, exit, and break times to identify overtime, night shift premiums, and intraday breaks. * **Operationalization:** Inputting granted benefits and variable data into the PJE\-CALC system. * **Verification:** Reviewing spreadsheets to ensure no typing errors occurred (attention to detail is critical). **Intermediate/Advanced Excel**: Proficiency in time formulas, conditional functions (IF, SUMIFS), and data formatting is indispensable. * **Essential:** Intermediate/Advanced Excel (focus on date/time formulas and data handling). * **Preferred:** Course in Labor Calculations or Basic PJE\-CALC. ;
