Driver guidance and training on legal regulations Conduct analysis of driver working hours in accordance with Laws No. 12\.619/12 and 13/103/15, performing data analysis from tracking systems and logging driver rest events, as well as verifying compliance with overtime hours according to labor purposes; organizing documentation; recording driver conduct deviations in the ERP system; scheduling maintenance for hardware devices related to working hours monitoring; guiding drivers on legal norms and requirements. Deliver training sessions and ensure compliance with current legislation.
