Job Summary: Analyst responsible for monitoring driver journeys, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, managing documentation, and providing training. Key Highlights: 1. Driver training and guidance Conduct driver shift analysis in accordance with Laws No. 12.619/12 and 13.103/15, analyzing tracking data and logging driver rest events, while also verifying compliance with overtime limits as defined by labor regulations; organize documentation; record driver conduct deviations in the ERP system; schedule maintenance for hardware devices related to shift monitoring; guide drivers on applicable rules and legal requirements. Deliver training sessions and ensure compliance with current legislation.
