




Plan, develop, and implement Human Development and Organizational strategies, promoting continuous growth of individuals, organizational culture, and performance by aligning talents, competencies, and behaviors with the company’s strategic objectives. Ensure operational people management, acting integrally across HR and HR Administration areas to foster growth, engagement, compliance, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Design and maintain people development programs (training, capacity building, and learning paths). * Map technical and behavioral competencies by position. * Conduct performance evaluation and structured feedback processes. * Support leaders in team development and performance management. * Develop leadership and succession programs. * Promote the dissemination of organizational culture, values, and purpose. * Analyze organizational climate, engagement, and performance indicators. * Propose continuous improvement initiatives in people management. * Support recruitment and selection processes from a competency-based perspective. * Prepare managerial reports and HR Development indicators. * Ensure alignment of HR Development practices with SGI standards (ISO). Additional Activities * Organize and validate employee information for payroll processing. * Assist in onboarding new employees by verifying documentation and data. * Manage vacation schedules, leaves of absence, and licenses, ensuring accurate recordkeeping. * Oversee benefits administration (enrollments/cancellations). * Generate internal reports on attendance, absenteeism, turnover, and statutory indicators. * Verify employee time records.
