Job Summary: Operator responsible for monitoring and adjusting PLC control panels to ensure production process efficiency and operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and monitoring of PLC control panels and field instruments. 2. Focus on efficiency, data analysis, and process correction. 3. Ensuring workplace safety and area maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor PLC control panels (Programmable Logic Controllers) and/or field instruments. * Adjust parameters to ensure production process efficiency. * Analyze and interpret control data and correct processes using monitoring software. * Identify and report significant deviations and/or anomalies affecting the production process to the Operations Supervisor. * Perform periodic inspections of operating equipment and immediately inform the Production Supervisor of any detected issues. * Maintain, clean, and organize the work area. * Identify potential operational risks and immediately report them to the Production Supervisor. * Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with occupational safety regulations, safeguarding both personal and others' safety. * Maintain positive interpersonal relationships. * Fully comply with internal company policies. **Desired Profile (Skills and Competencies):** * Practical and rapid problem-solving ability. * Ability to make autonomous decisions. * Ability to concentrate and perform routine and repetitive tasks. * Ability to adhere to plans, schedules, and timetables. * Ability to operate complex industrial automation systems. * Ability to read and interpret schematics and operation manuals. * Ability to train others and share knowledge. * Technical knowledge of the equipment to be operated, facilitating technical issue identification. * Process-oriented mindset. * Results-driven focus. * Dynamism and commitment. Additional qualifications: * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields from institutions such as SENAI and/or federal or state technical schools. * Minimum of two (02) years’ experience operating PLC control panels (Software and Hardware) from Siemens and WINCC, preferably Siemens S7-1500 PLCs. * Knowledge of electrical, electronic, industrial mechanical, and industrial automation systems. * Basic knowledge of motors, gearmotors, and related equipment. * Familiarity with automated production systems. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work non-standard hours. * Demonstrated job stability in previous positions. **Compensation and Benefits Offered by the Company:** **Salary:** R$5.353,85 + Hazard Pay: R$1.606,15 **Total: R$6.960,00** * Transportation to the workplace; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$754.00; * Individual Health Insurance Plan (effective after 6 months from hiring); * Group Life Insurance.
