Responsible for providing the first point of customer contact, performing damage checklists, registering customers and vehicles in the system, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, and assembling case files. Also responsible for telephone customer service, receiving vehicles via tow truck, and relocating vehicles between the workshop and car wash, while maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
