Industrial Electronics Technician (Bench)

**About the position**
The Electroelectronics Technician will be responsible for performing electroelectronic maintenance on industrial equipment and systems, primarily working at the bench and occasionally directly at customers’ facilities. The technician will have autonomy to carry out technical services, prepare commercial service proposals, develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, manage the customer portfolio, and schedule planned maintenance activities. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for failure analysis, issuing detailed technical reports, identifying root causes, and implementing best practices for asset traceability and tagging.
**Mandatory requirements**• Completed technical education with specialization in Industrial Electroelectronics (Electronics, Electroelectronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related fields);• Proven and consistent experience in bench and field maintenance of multi-brand equipment, particularly frequency inverters, soft starters, and similar devices, preferably within technical assistance (service) companies;• Knowledge of market suppliers of electroelectronic parts and components, as well as the ability to produce detailed technical specifications and manage quotation processes with these partners.• Analytical and self-managing profile, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities, structured planning skills, a focus on identifying and addressing root causes, and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with technical teams and management at client industries.• Valid and active Category B driver’s license (or equivalent), with availability to drive the company vehicle for work-related activities.• Active registration with the CFT (Brazilian Federal Council of Technicians) or eligibility to obtain it upon hiring;• Availability for travel and fieldwork;• Updated NR-10 certification;
**Preferred qualifications**• Experience maintaining HMIs and UPS systems.

**Working hours:**Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 1 (one)-hour lunch break.
