To ensure our customers enjoy an enhanced experience with our services, we have the Engineering and Customer Services team. The Engineering team is tasked with exploring new technologies, planning the telecom network, and driving technological expansion of our products and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the Customer Services team guarantees speed and quality in repairing, installing, and maintaining fixed-line, mobile, and TV lines for both B2B and B2C customers. Through consistent projects and planning, we implement the company’s technological evolution, increasing network capacity.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute installation of services requested by customers—including internal and external physical components—such as telephone line installation, broadband installation, and subscription TV installation; perform cabinet splicing and repair faults in telephone lines, data, and TV services with quality and within deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in health and safety programs.
* Work on teams deploying external optical fiber networks to enable end-customer service delivery, ensuring correct completion and configuration of purchased services, thereby guaranteeing optimal performance of fiber-optic broadband, voice/line, and subscription TV services.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education;
* Driver’s License — **Valid and Permanent Category B**;
* Experience and skills in manual and/or technical work (tools, wires, outlets, electricity);
* Experience in Customer Service;
* Ability to work at heights and near electrical power lines;
* Proficiency in computer use, Windows, and Microsoft Office Suite;
* Discipline and proactive attitude in daily tasks;
* Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
