Job Summary: Execute all company procurement activities in accordance with established processes, ensuring compliance and pursuing cost savings through strategic negotiations with new suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new suppliers and strategic negotiations. 2. Focus on compliance, cost savings, and optimization of procurement processes. 3. Analysis of KPIs and management of delivery deadlines. **SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST** **Summary:** Execute all procurement activities for the company in accordance with established procurement processes, ensuring activity compliance and continuously pursuing cost savings through negotiations. **Responsibilities:** * Develop new suppliers by researching alternative sourcing options. * Conduct strategic negotiations. * Analyze purchase requisitions, request quotations, prepare competitive bidding maps, and issue purchase orders in the Protheus system. * Monitor delivery deadlines, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA) and managing returns when necessary. * Analyze KPIs. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Experience in strategic negotiation. **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, financial mathematics, and negotiation techniques. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical profile, ethical conduct, strong communication skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Other Requirements:** * Familiarity with the Protheus system is a plus. **Benefits:** * Vale-Mais, Well Wub, Medical and Dental Plans.
