Job Summary: Finance/Controller professional with strong critical analysis skills, integrated financial vision, and excellent synthesis ability, capable of managing budgets and result analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in controllership, FPA, and managerial accounting. 2. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, result analysis, and managerial reporting. 3. Experience in full financial closings and budget cycles. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. * Postgraduate degree/MBA preferred in Controllership, Corporate Finance, Business Management, or related fields. **Experience:** * Total of 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance/Controller roles, with exposure to controllership, FPA, managerial accounting, or financial planning. * At least 3 years of direct experience with **budget**, **forecast**, **result analysis**, and **managerial reporting**. * Participation in **squads** or multidisciplinary finance projects is desirable. **Expected Profile:** A professional who has experienced full financial closings, completed at least three budget/forecast cycles, and possesses strong critical analysis skills, an integrated financial vision, and excellent synthesis ability.
