Job Summary:
Professional responsible for preparing technical and financial budgets for Facilities contracts, analyzing tender documents, and supporting the Commercial team.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare technical and financial budgets for contracts covering:
* Building maintenance (civil, electrical, hydraulic, and minor repairs);
* Building cleaning and conservation;
* Landscaping and gardening;
* Refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC).
* Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and terms of reference to ensure full understanding of scope.
* Size teams, inputs, equipment, PPE, and materials in accordance with technical standards and current legislation.
* Perform cost composition (labor, labor-related charges, inputs, mobilization, demobilization, and taxes).
* Support the Commercial team in defining pricing, margins, and negotiation strategies.
* Conduct technical and commercial alignment with clients and internal departments.
* Perform critical analysis of active contracts, proposing revisions and cost optimizations.
* Support the commercial-to-operational transition (handover), ensuring budget adherence to execution.
* Interact with suppliers for technical and commercial quotations.
* Ensure compliance with technical, labor, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.
* Prepare managerial reports on feasibility, margin, and risk.

**Technical Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in:
* Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production),
* Architecture,
* Administration or related fields (technical focus preferred).
* Solid experience in budgeting Facilities contracts.
* Advanced knowledge of:
* Cost composition and labor-related charges;
* Contracts for continuous service provision;
* HVAC, building maintenance, and support services.
* Advanced Excel proficiency (cost modeling, dashboards, and analysis).
* Experience reading and interpreting projects, specifications, and technical scopes.
* Experience with public and/or private contracts (preferred).
