Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Analyst to ensure accuracy, agility, and compliance in processing a large volume of invoices and billing activities — a key role for the company’s financial health. We are experiencing rapid growth and need a Billing Analyst to ensure accuracy, agility, and compliance when handling a large volume of invoices and billing activities. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams, serving as a key contributor to the company’s financial health. * Issue and verify invoices at scale (products and/or services); * Verify orders, contracts, and taxes prior to billing; * Monitor billing deadlines to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance; * Interface with internal departments for adjustments and corrections; * Resolve billing discrepancies and support the team; * Update billing reports and departmental KPIs; * Participate in the continuous improvement of billing processes and systems. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Billing Analyst in a high-demand environment; * Solid knowledge of issuing and verifying electronic invoices (NF-e, NFS-e) and basic taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS); * Proficiency in Excel or advanced spreadsheets for controls and reporting; * Experience with financial ERPs; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of data. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in companies with high-volume billing; * Basic understanding of accounting and billing-related reconciliations; * Experience with billing process automation and system integrations.
