In this role, you will handle the technical and documentary regularization of commercial units, playing a key role in surveying, analyzing, and processing legal projects. Your work will ensure compliance with municipal legislation and competent regulatory bodies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct registration surveys and technical measurements at stores * Assess structural adjustments required for regularization * Develop and format commercial legal projects * Conduct technical feasibility studies * Submit and track processes with municipal governments and regulatory agencies * Handle the acquisition of permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates * Perform technical inspections * Monitor legal requirements and regulatory changes * Carry out documentary regularization of commercial units **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Active registration with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU) * Experience in commercial project regularization * Experience in obtaining occupancy certificates and licenses * Knowledge of municipal legislation (experience in RS, SC, and PR is a plus) * Experience in registration surveys and legal projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Understanding of commercial building structures * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel and relocate as needed **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation Caring is at our core.
