We seek an analyst with an analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and a proactive, ownership-oriented attitude to support product industrialization—aiming for evolution, **validation and structuring of production processes**, ensuring that NPI developments are transferred to Process Engineering with quality, completeness, stability, and predictability. Here, you won’t just “run processes”: you’ll be responsible for thinking, building, and evolving how we produce. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical validation lead for NPI deliverables handed over to Process Engineering. * Participate in try\-outs with a focus on critical analysis, risk identification, and alignment with production processes. * Critically monitor and validate NPI deliverables, ensuring quality and completeness. Ensure NPI* Process Engineering transfer occurs with: validated and stable process, complete and standardized documentation, and clear operational criteria. * Identify technical gaps prior to process absorption by Process Engineering. * Support initial process stabilization alongside Production. * Reduce rework, increase yield, and enhance process robustness. * Structure and maintain technical process documentation (instructions, workflows, criteria, etc.). * Lead root cause analyses and drive continuous improvement actions. * Drive continuous improvement of production processes and supporting areas. * Technically coordinate operators and technicians during process implementation and improvement. * Structure and optimize production workflows, focusing on productivity and waste reduction. * Participate in definition and validation of manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and technologies. * Provide technical support to production areas. * Train and qualify operators and technicians on defined processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields). * Experience in industrial/manufacturing processes. * Practical experience in process definition, continuous improvement, or NPI. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in electronic manufacturing (SMT, PTH, assembly). * Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, MASP, etc.). * Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. * Technical English proficiency. * Knowledge of IPC standards. **Additional Information** **Competencies We Seek** * Analytical and critical thinking. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Strong communication and influence skills. * Organization and systemic vision. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams. **What You’ll Find Here** * A technically challenging environment. * Space to propose improvements and generate real impact. * Cross-functional integration across industrial departments. * Opportunities for continuous development.
