Your responsibilities: Provide support and assistance to stores (WhatsApp, e\-mail and phone) Monitor sales, campaigns and promotions Perform reconciliations, balance calculations and product classifications Follow up on claims and communicate with insurance companies Support service offerings: Extended Warranty, Theft and Robbery Insurance, Home Protection DIH, Doctor On Call, and Solar Energy What we're looking for: Analytical and problem-solving mindset Strong communication and organizational skills Proactiveness and willingness to learn Must reside in the following cities: Eldorado do Sul, Guaíba, Charqueadas, São Jerônimo, General Câmara...
