Provide telephone and in-person service to customers and suppliers. Assist in inventory control of parts and materials. Enter invoices and bills into the system. Assist in preparing reports and control spreadsheets. Support departmental administrative activities, such as scheduling meetings and organizing events. Assist in controlling company expenses and payments. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
