You will assess customer needs regarding specific applications and workflows before and after sales, and provide solutions on how to develop, implement, and automate these workflows using the company’s product portfolio. Scientific knowledge and programming experience for method development, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, will be applied throughout the entire process. You will actively promote the company’s products and services and serve as the direct point of contact for customers on scientific and application-related matters. Key Responsibilities: * Provide application support across various scientific areas, including drug discovery and genomics * Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales presentations and act as a scientific and technical resource * Understand the scope of customer projects and adapt and optimize existing workflows as needed * Plan and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers * Prepare and present seminars and posters at conferences * Develop new applications through industrial and academic networks * Provide customer training and support; maintain positive customer relationships * Create, adapt, and optimize liquid handling and automation protocols to improve customer workflows * Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and act as a liaison with internal customer support teams when necessary * Willingness to travel.
