Contribute to the continuous improvement of registration processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Register and update products in the internal system, ensuring accuracy of information such as description, unit, taxation, codes, and suppliers; Register and maintain supplier data, including documentation, commercial terms, and tax information; Review and validate registration forms submitted by the sales team and suppliers; Ensure information integrity and monitor potential discrepancies across systems; Support the sales and procurement teams with registration information and necessary adjustments; Control the introduction of new items, ensuring compliance with all internal registration rules; Organize and keep up-to-date records related to products and suppliers; Contribute to the continuous improvement of registration processes; And other related duties. **Requirements:** Completed high school or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; Prior experience with product registration, administrative support, or commercial routines. Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; Attention to detail and diligence in verifying information; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with departments such as procurement, sales, and tax.
