We are hiring a **Kitchen Assistant** to work at the Água Fria \- Goiás unit.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Food pre-preparation: Clean, peel, cut, grate, and chop ingredients according to kitchen team instructions;
* Storage and inventory preservation: Receive, unpack, and store ingredients in their proper places, checking product expiration dates to prevent waste;
* Organization and cleaning: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors;
* Food safety: Strictly follow hygiene and food handling guidelines to ensure customer safety and dish quality;
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed elementary education;
* Availability to work shifts;
* Proactive, resilient, capable of identifying and solving problems;
* Ability to influence others;
* High execution capacity, tendency to establish and follow rules;
* Updated training in good practices and food handling is desirable;
