Our Technical Service provides technical support to our customers in the hospitality industry who use our hardware. Then you understand that you make a concrete contribution to the overall service offering provided by Van Hessen. ### **Job Description** * Performing maintenance and troubleshooting activities, on-site (nationwide) where necessary * Handing over completed work * Accounting for time and material consumption * Inventory management * Taking all reasonable measures required to perform assigned work properly, considering both company interests and those of the client * Independently determining the optimal execution of tasks and responsibilities * Independently setting priorities for task and project execution, unless otherwise instructed by the Assistant Technical Department * Handling customer issues ### **Profile** * Experience in a technical field * Self-confident, stress-resistant, and representative * Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written * MBO diploma (technical field) or equivalent knowledge-work-thinking level ### **What do we offer?** Do you want to work in a dynamic, stimulating environment alongside colleagues who go the extra mile?
