It encompasses 6 cantons and 51 municipalities, serving a population of approximately 150,000 residents. Its departmental road network includes major transit routes with significant strategic importance (RD612, RD609, RD909, RD64\) and connections to motorways A9 and A75, SNCF rail network, and Béziers\-Vias Airport. The agency’s territory is diverse: it extends from the coastal zone, through an urbanized plain area, up to small villages in the north. This road agency uniquely hosts both administrative offices and three operations centers on a single site. It comprises around fifty staff members. Its core responsibilities include operation and maintenance of the departmental road network, as well as management of the public domain comprising roads and associated infrastructure. ### **Required Profile** You actively contribute to administrative management tasks, ensuring reliability, compliance, and quality of implemented procedures. You handle the administrative and technical management of activities falling under public domain conservation policing and traffic policing on the departmental road network. In this capacity, you also draft the department’s opinions during procedures related to the Urban Planning Code, ensuring their relevance and regulatory compliance. On a daily basis, you draft notes, reports, and minutes, and contribute to developing decision-support tools such as dashboards. You participate in continuous process improvement, aiming to optimize quality, costs, and timelines. You manage databases, disseminate information, and design documents for internal and external stakeholders. You ensure proper filing and archiving of files while verifying validity and regulatory compliance of administrative procedures. In direct contact with users, you welcome, inform, and guide them through their administrative procedures. As part of your duties, you process applications for road-related authorizations and draft various public domain management documents (road occupancy permits, work authorizations, parking permits, alignment orders). You define technical requirements in accordance with the departmental road regulations and draft traffic policing documents, particularly traffic orders. You monitor and inspect works carried out on the public road domain by permit holders and participate in pre-handover inspections. As a network manager, you process and monitor work declarations (DT/DICT) via the dedicated platform. You also draft the department’s opinions during urban planning authorization reviews and represent your department at meetings with associated or consulted public bodies involved in drafting urban planning documents. You collaborate closely with the urban planning department when drafting opinions on planning projects and participate in coordination meetings organized for this purpose.
