The candidate will be responsible for managing payroll routines, reconciliations, statutory obligations, and interfacing with internal departments, ensuring legal compliance, adherence to deadlines, and data accuracy. We seek an analytical, organized individual with strong attention to detail who understands the strategic and sensitive nature of payroll within the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the **payroll routine**, including reconciliations and monthly closings; * Perform **termination calculations and processes**; * Submit and monitor **eSocial events**; * Reconcile statutory obligations, deadlines, and labor-related information, ensuring legal compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields; * Must have experience in **payroll closing**; * Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Brazilian labor and social security legislation (CLT, eSocial, etc.); * Payroll Routines: Practical and comprehensive experience with all payroll routines: calculations, statutory obligations, terminations, vacations, 13th salary, GFIP, eSocial, etc.; * Knowledge of the Apdata payroll system is desirable.
