Promotion of customer satisfaction **Job Summary:** The Mobile Unit Itinerant Attendant is responsible for providing customer service across diverse locations using a specially equipped vehicle to deliver Enel services. This professional serves as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring that requests are handled efficiently and courteously, promoting consumer satisfaction and reinforcing Enel’s image. * Drive the mobile unit safely and responsibly, complying with traffic regulations and company guidelines. * Maintain the mobile unit organized, clean, and in accordance with Enel standards. * Ensure availability and functionality of equipment and materials used during customer service. * Provide in-person customer service. * Receive and attend to customers politely and amicably. * Issue service requests. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. * Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and satisfactorily. * Record customer complaints, suggestions, and compliments. * Register and update customer data in the system. * Keep the service area clean and organized. * Collaborate with other attendants to ensure high-quality service. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Availability for travel and for working flexible hours across different locations; * **Driver’s License Category B** (mandatory); * **Driving experience**; * Completed high school education; * Must be over 18 years of age; * Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Basic computer skills; * Portuguese language proficiency; * Good typing skills.
