Job Summary: Manage and optimize the vehicle fleet, controlling costs, implementing technologies, and coordinating teams to ensure efficiency and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze costs and develop usage policies #### **Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, ensuring vehicle availability and compliance. * Control fleet operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, tolls, and fines, pursuing continuous optimization. * Implement and monitor tracking and telematics systems to optimize routes, fuel consumption, and fleet safety. * Coordinate vehicle acquisition, decommissioning, and renewal, analyzing cost\-benefit and operational needs. * Develop and enforce fleet usage policies, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and applicable legislation. * Manage driver and operator teams, promoting training and performance evaluation. * Prepare managerial reports on fleet performance, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans. #### **Requirements** * Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics, vehicle maintenance, and transportation legislation. * Proficiency in fleet management systems (TMS) and telematics tools. * Advanced Excel skills for control spreadsheets, analyses, and reporting. * Experience negotiating with suppliers of parts, services, and fuel. * Knowledge of cost and budget management related to fleet operations. * Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. #### **Skills** * Vehicle Maintenance Management * Telematics Systems * Route Optimization * Fleet Cost Analysis * Traffic Legislation * Advanced Excel * Supplier Negotiation * Team Management * KPI Analysis ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, Bonus for Achieved Goals, Life Insurance, TotalPass ### **Department:** Administrative
