Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate and oversee sugarcane harvesting operations with suppliers, ensuring safe execution of activities; * Ensure harvesting quality by observing technical, operational, and safety requirements; * Plan and execute harvesting sequencing to achieve logistical and industrial efficiency while mitigating operational risks; * Develop and monitor production estimates, agricultural indicators, and safety indicators; * Monitor and support planting activities, ensuring compliance with agricultural planning and occupational safety standards. * Guarantee delivery and fulfillment of the annual sugarcane supply plan, focusing on productivity, safety, and sustainability; * Maintain continuous, transparent, and ethical relationships with suppliers, reinforcing the importance of safe practices in operations; * Collaborate integrally with internal departments to promote organization, planning, resource optimization, and accident prevention; * Contribute to the productive and sustainable development of suppliers by promoting a culture of safety, health, and environmental stewardship. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields. * Residency in Conceição das Alagoas – MG. * Brazilian Driver’s License Category B. * Experience in agricultural operations and supplier relationship management.
